The IATC Board of Directors would like to remind you of some important dates and information for the upcoming weeks. There is also some new/updated information included in the.
Membership
We have several ways in which we accept membership and we currently have just under 200 schools who have paid their membership for 2021-2022. Membership can be paid online for high schools HERE. Membership for colleges and universities can be paid HERE. If paying by check, please go HERE to complete the form and mail with your check to Peggy McGuire (IATC Secretary/Treasurer) at the address listed on the form. If you are unsure if your school has joined or not, please check out our list that we update HERE. If you are unsure if you have paid, please contact Peggy McGuire (peggy.mcguire@msn.com) or Rob Hammann (runrobrun@gmail.com) so we can eliminate double payments. Also as a reminder, in order for your coaches and athletes to be eligible for all state, academic all state, and coach of the year awards; your school must be a paid member of the IATC for the 2021-2022 year. We appreciate your membership!
Dick Washburn Middle School State XC Meet
The IATC is partnering with Ankeny Centennial to host the Dick Washburn Middle School State Cross Country Meet on Saturday, October 16th. You can find more information about this meet HERE. Questions should be sent to Meet Coordinator Eric Cogdill (runcogrun@gmail.com)
Senior All Star Meet
The Senior All-Star Cross Country Meet will be held in Pella on Saturday, November 6th. There is a new format this year as well as a new location/course! Fall Meeting
The IATC will be hosting our annual fall meeting at Waukee Northwest High School on Sunday, November 7th at 9am. We will send more information about this meeting to our members in October.
Championship Productions Coaches Clinic and IATC/IATO Hall of Fame Banquet
Championship Productions will be hosting their annual track & field/cross country coaches clinic in Ames on Friday, December 3rd and Saturday, December 4th. The link to find information and to register for the clinic can be found HERE. The IATC/IATO will be hosting our annual Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday, December 4th at the same location. Exchange Zone Podcast
The IATC Exchange Zone podcast is releasing weekly episodes during the cross country 2021 cross country season. All IATC Exchange Zone podcasts can be streamed on your favorite apps, such as apple podcasts, spotify, spreaker, etc.
